New Beginnings

I’ve had to start from the beginning again. I tired hard to keep it up last time but have failed miserably and have had to introduce some extras to keep me interested. Instead of one, which isn’t of much use when it’s not regular, I have decided that at least two is needed, if not more.

Also it’s not just the amount but how many times it happens. Before I was content with just once every now and then, but now, through personal experience, I can say that once is defiantly not enough.

I have decided to start this week because I can dedicate more time as I have the week off work and so it can happen not only at night but also during the day, and I’m not too tired to give it my all.

I have in the past done it alone, but now I feel a friend or two would really make the experience more pleasurable. It would also mean I have more venues to do it in which has to be a bonus.

So many people are too tired or too busy or just don’t want to do it these days. I think that’s a big shame as so much can be gained emotionally and physically.
