Ummmm, Well if I knew how to do them your blog would be the first :)
Viv, go into the template page on your dashboard and find a link for 'Google News'. Use this as the basis for creating new links in the template page.
Step one-Copy the google link and paste it beneath itself. You should now have two Google links.
Step 2- Delete the Google web address in the second link and replace it with the web address of your choice. Only alter the Http://address part.
Step 3-Delete the bit after the address that gives the name of the website(in this case 'Google News') and replace it with the name by which you would like your new link to be known on your sidebar(e.g., 'Ill Man')
If you can't find the Google link give me a shout.
