Didn't We Have a Lovely Time

The day we went to the harbour

Interesting blog. Got here from Mohawk Cheif's site. It was interesting to read that prom is something you have in the UK too. I would have guessed that to be more of an "American" thing.

Yes it is an 'American' thing. It's only been happening here 5 or so years. I suppose its another way for someone to make some money but I must say my daughter did really enjoy it.

I did a search on 'didn't we have a lovely time the day we went to' because I couldn't remember the name of the town in the song.

That led to your site amongst others!

I was thinking of the song when we went to the seaside here in South Korea. Incheon is remarkably like Blackpool , Brighton , WSM and all those other towns with a promenade.
Something things seem to to be the same the world over.

Well done for getting a mention in the papers by the way.
